Zhongguancun Life Science Park

Overview

Zhongguancun Life Science Park is located in Changping District, Beijing, with a total planned area of 7.2 square kilometers. Phases I and II have been completed, covering an area of 2.5 square kilometers with a construction area of 1.8 million square meters. Phase III, which covers an area of 4.7 square kilometers, is under development and will exceed 3 million square meters in total construction scale. The park focuses on R&D innovation and industrialization in the field of medical and health.

Industry Agglomeration

The park has gathered over ten top life science research institutions and more than 600 innovative medical and health enterprises, covering areas such as precision medicine, new drug creation, high-end medical devices, and biotechnology. It has attracted over 300 high-level talents from home and abroad, with nearly 3,000 hospital beds, forming a complete industrial ecosystem.

Resources and Services

The park has built a full-industry-chain service system covering incubation, R&D, pilot production, and technology transfer. It has established 34 shared service platforms, offering functions such as laboratory resource sharing, R&D equipment services, and technology transfer support. Equipped with professional innovation incubators and technical service platforms, the park provides comprehensive support from basic research to technology commercialization. Additionally, through talent introduction plans and international cooperation projects, the park strengthens the deep integration of research and industry, assisting enterprises in achieving technological breakthroughs and market-oriented development.
