PKUCare Industrial Park is located in Changping District, Beijing, covering an area of 146,000 square meters with a total construction scale of approximately 220,000 square meters. The park aims to become a specialized incubation base and innovation service platform for the medical and pharmaceutical fields.

The park focuses on precision medicine, cell preparation, cell storage, drug research, and oral health. It has attracted over 100 medical and health enterprises, including INNOCARE, Genetron Health, Gene+, and Bestnovo. More than 30 companies have completed Series A or later rounds of financing, with a total financing amount exceeding 20 billion yuan.

The park adopts a standardized layout model of "base + platform + fund," providing comprehensive support from laboratory to industrialization. It is equipped with GLP/cGMP standard laboratories, pilot production platforms, and innovation incubators, offering precise R&D and production support. Through sci-tech services and innovation venture capital businesses, the park implements regional node linkage, gathering high-quality resources of the medical industry chain.
